Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the Curriculum Programme adheres to the Management's Core Values and Mission.
- Ensure smooth daily operations within the centre
- Hold meetings and planning of staff rosters
- Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the centre's operation
- Able to engage Parents actively and lead the Team effectively in planning activities.
- Responsible for Enrolment and Marketing Activities.
- Possess Good Communication Skills and Leadership Skills.
- Managing and Leading the Centre's staffs
- Responsible for Building and motivating the Team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
- OR Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching and Leadership
- At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting including infant care
- Strong leadership qualities with passion for equipping and inspiring young lives
- Strong knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy
- Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation process
- Experience in managing a centre with multiple bays and/or with a capacity of at least 120 children has an added advantage
