Responsibilites:
- Develop and execute optimized daily collection and delivery schedules.
- Address issues promptly during operations, implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and expenses.
- Organize regular training sessions and cross-training initiatives.
- Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs comprehensively.
- Ensure team completes mandatory safety training.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate closely with customer service and operations teams for seamless workflow.
Requirements:
- Min ITE holder/Diploma holder with at least 4 years of relevant working experience
- IT savvy (Words / Excel / Power Point) minimum
- Possess class 3 driving license
- Off on alternate Saturdays
- Independent, self-motivated with good coordination and communication skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment; Team oriented and dynamic
