1. Make significant impact on the growth strategy of Nexif Ratch Energy’s clean-energy business in the SEA region.
2. Key areas of focus for NRE include implementing and acquiring controlling stakes in solar, onshore/offshore wind, hydro, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and gas fired projects at various stages of development (early stage, construction, operations etc.).
3. Work closely with the senior members of the Investment team to screen, evaluate, analyze, conduct thorough due diligence, run financial analyses for various M&A / partnership opportunities in SEA.
4. Take ownership across all stages of the deal process, including development and negotiation of termsheets, Joint Development Agreements, Construction Contracts, Financing Agreements, SPA, investment memos
5. Lead the preparation of investment memos and presentations, summarizing key findings for the IC
6. Work closely with senior investment members on platform financing and capital raising
7. Build strong relationships with internal and external parties such finance, accounting, technical, legal, tax and environmental advisors as and when required.
8. Actively collaborate with project development teams across the various geographies to prepare portfolio presentations, budgets and reports for presentation to Nexif Energy’s board / approval committee(s).
9. Take ownership of the financial models for the holding company and existing assets .
10. Ensure all business activities are carried out effectively and in line with internal and external policies, procedures and governance frameworks
