Responsibilities
- Provide prompt customer support to customers, including overseeing their orders and requests
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including quotations, service support, and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver quotations to customers in a timely manner.
- Compile and submit required documents through customers' management systems.
- Provide update to customers on order status and shipping schedules.
- Maintain accurate spare parts price lists for customers.
- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment execution.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customer customs queries.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years of customer service or shipping operation experience
