Job description
Responsibilities:
- Support the dentist in all aspects of patient care, including getting appropriate instruments ready, mixing materials and ensuring patient comfort
- Taking notes from dentists dictation for record
- Sterilizing all dental instruments
- Assist with reception work – booking and managing appointments, attending to walk-in and phone enquiries, registering patients, billing, collecting payments, dealing with paperwork.
- Dispensing medicine as prescribed by the dentist
- General housekeeping to ensuring clinic cleanliness
Skills & Requirements:
We’re looking for self-motivated candidates with the following requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ level
- Professional certificate (NITEC) or equivalent degree/ diploma
- Hardworking, energetic, detail-oriented, kind and considerate
- Good with children
- No experience necessary, but candidates with previous relevant work experience preferred
- Able to communicate in English. Ability in a secondary language, such as: Mandarin, Bahasa, or dialects a bonus
