Responsibilities:
- To supervise the workers and sub-contractors on site.
- To ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements.
- To ensure smooth operations on site
- Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Prepare daily site reports, take site progress, check and take site measurements
- Minimise material and manpower wastage
- Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
- Responsible for all issues concerned on-site and ad-hoc duties requested.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must have a professional certificate in Civil Engineering or Interior Design
- Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Construction / Furniture Industry will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to start work within short notice preferred.
