Position Overview
Our client is a prominent healthtech company seeks a versatile and adaptable individual to join their ranks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements to achieve a calibrated best position for the company from a legal and business perspective.
· Advising on all relevant legal and regulatory matters, in particularly in relation to cybersecurity, data, contract, digital, technology laws.
· Advising and managing all legal and contracting documentation and processes.
· Working closely with all cross-functional departments to ensure policy and legal compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Degree in Law and admission to Singapore Bar with minimum 4 years of PQE.
· Have experience using legal tech tools as part of the legal team’s digital transformation would be a plus.
· Have an agile, astute, and analytical legal, business, and IT orientated mind.
· Familiar with digital or IT industries would be a plus.
· Have a proactive attitude and approach towards innovation and tech developments.
