Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.
Negotiating contracts, the terms of an agreement, and closing sales.
Establish sales objectives through effective forecasting.
Providing support, information, and guidance to customers.
Interfacing with vendors/suppliers and building up relationships.

Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Project Director, including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.
Collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development, to meet customer needs.
Up-keep of customers and partners/supplier’s database – updating where necessary.
Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report.
Ensure all customers are handled in a customer-oriented manner.

Report to the Project Director, you hold a crucial and fulfilling position within our dynamic and expanding Department, specializing in solution IT services and solutions to large SMEs and MNC customers.
Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and cultivating leads to deal closure.
Handle existing customers with new IT projects and business opportunities.
Conduct direct sales efforts aimed at acquiring new B2B customers and visits to potential clients within the company's existing client base and/or personal contacts.
Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales team, technical experts, and key technology partners to capitalize on leads and business prospects. Assist in identifying opportunities within Gebiz and related portals, ensuring timely submission of ITQs (Invitation-to-Quote).
Qualifications
Must possess at least GCE "O" / "A" / Diploma or equivalent. Candidates 1 to 2 year or without sales experience of Project coordination experience will also be considered.
