Job Responsibilities:

1. Marketing activities: Coordinate the implementation planning of brand/product communication activities, plan key brand activities for exhibitions, retail industry summits and partner customer conferences, enhance brand awareness and strengthen market influence.

2. Product marketing: Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company's product online marketing promotion strategy, and use social media, offline activities and other integrated marketing methods to penetrate into the minds of users.

3. Media resources: build a channel resource library covering many associations, coal bodies, institutions and other institutions in the industry, and output promotion cooperation plans based on the company's business needs and platform background.

4. Market research: according to the company's marketing strategic direction, output relevant industry and market research reports.
5. Digital communication: Enhance the influence of enterprises through digital communication strategies and creative content creation. Make effective use of social platforms (official website/FB/INS/YouTube/LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance the deep connection between brands and users.

6. Content operation: responsible for the overall planning and content writing of the company's promotional content (corporate publicity PPT, corporate promotional video, product video), and support the front-line work of sales.
7. Brand strategy: formulate and implement brand strategic planning, strengthen brand positioning, and create a complete brand visual system. And formulate annual and phased brand communication strategies and promotion plans, and annual communication budgets.
8. Brand communication: complete the construction of the brand management system from 0-1, promote VI. visual management, publicity materials, etc., strengthen the brand image: formulate brand communication policies, and promote cross-platform awareness. Responsible for formulating the communication planning and planning of the whole life cycle of the brand series (communication objectives, communication strategies, communication lines, communication rhythms, core events, etc.).


Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree
2. More than 5 years of work experience
3. Have work experience as a field manager of a software company in the Philippines or overseas

Other:

Have certain industry resources and channels, and be able to connect with local Channel Partners and Associations in the Philippines (such as Philippine Retail Association, etc.)
Able to independently think and plan the company's overseas market expansion work, and connect with business activities
