Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales operations, enforce growth and profitability strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Direct and mentor sales personnel and promoters to meet sales targets and follow company guidelines.
- Maintain the sales environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
- Provide hands-on training and coaching in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Strategically schedule staff to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, manage inquiries and complaints, and keep detailed records.
- Support merchandise planning, budget management, and monitor inventory levels and product selection.
- Analyze market trends, suggest product assortments, conduct competitor analyses, and market research.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Generate and review financial and inventory reports, manage sales and profit projections, and oversee purchasing and security measures.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 2 – 3 years of supervisor experience, or 1 year in managerial role
