Senior Techno-Functional Consultant in CRM & Payments

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Application Support & Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in CRM, Messaging, and Payments Platform Applications within the banking sector. This role requires a deep understanding of investment banking, trade life cycle, asset management, FX markets, payments, clearing & settlement, SWIFT, and regulatory filtering. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support and Maintenance:
- Provide expert-level support for CRM, Messaging, and Payments applications.
- Support and maintain D365 On-Premise, Online (GCC cloud), and Field Service case management systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to ensure high system availability.
- Application Development and Deployment:
- Manage development phases and decision-making for go-live fixes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, testing teams, and production support for seamless deployments.
- Monitoring and Incident Management:
- Identify and address application monitoring gaps using tools like Geneos.
- Proactively identify and mitigate customer-impacting issues.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with vendors to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Manage disaster recovery activities and extensive application releases.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including specifications, user stories, and test scenarios.
- Conduct functional workshops and ensure accurate requirement delivery.
- Technical Expertise:
- Customize and fine-tune monitoring tools.
- Perform functional testing to ensure product alignment with requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Microsoft Certified Professional; Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Dynamics 365.
- ITIL V3 Certified.
- Extensive experience in CRM, Payments, and Messaging platforms in the banking sector.
- Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, MS BI (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
- Familiarity with middleware technologies like Tomcat Apache, Oracle WebLogic Server, IIS, IBM WebSphere MQ, and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of investment banking basics, trade life cycle, asset management, FX markets, payments, clearing & settlement, SWIFT, and regulatory filtering.
Experience:
- 10-15 years of application support experience in major financial institutions.
