Roles And Responsibilities
•Responsible to support internal and external stakeholders on information security requirements.
•Provide advisory and technical consultancy to IT functional units and technical teams on implementing security policies/processes, identifying gaps and working out remediations and mitigation plans.
•Lead and/or provide support on sourcing and implementation security initiatives and programs.
•Communicate and facilitate forum discussion with cybersecurity support group to align and achieve information security goals.
•Provide updates and communications to Management and key stakeholders.
•Provide guidance and support to ensure a strong security posture across the organization.
Job Qualifications
•Degree in Computer Science/ Information security or equivalent.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a recent role in managing and leading a team of security professionals.
•At least one industry recognized security certifications, such as in CISSP, CISA or CISM.
•Certification in AWS Certified Security – Specialty is an advantage.
•Background in enterprise cybersecurity operations and security technologies, including expertise in cloud infrastructure and services on Amazon.
•Experience in managing cybersecurity projects or initiatives, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
•Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
