Responsibilities:
- To manage and monitor of daily project works, instructions, and progress.
- Ensure a safe work environment on site
- Supervise all works, including Civil and architectural works, road works, and utility diversion
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
- Work closely with consultant, and sub-contractor.
- Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and ensured targeted completion dates are met
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors on the project related matters
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation
- Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability, and performance are aligned with the schedule.
- Ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with government regulations
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience on LTA/MRT Projects in Singapore is an advantage
- Strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
