Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an innovative visual merchandising strategy.
- Create a seamless shopper’s journey through effective retail navigation.
- Communicate visual merchandising directives clearly to store teams.
- Conduct regular visits to outlet counters to maintain and enhance visual displays.
- Monitor the sell-through of display items to optimize visual merchandising effectiveness.
- Design and maintain visual displays in outlets for promotional events and regular operations.
- Coordinate the rollout of graphics to outlets, specifying allocations and display schemes.
- Develop planograms for retail outlets and events.
- Produce 3D presentation drawings.
- Coordinate sales and point-of-sale (POS) graphic strategies.
- Collaborate with suppliers on renovation projects and concept corners.
- Liaise with suppliers to procure props, display tools, and POP materials.
- Design and construct props for displays and visual merchandising.
- Assist in designing outlet counters for renovation and new retail outlets.
- Review technical drawings for renovation projects.
- Monitor costs and adhere to budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Visual Merchandising or Arts.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Visual Merchandising within the retail or service industry.
- Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of customer engagement and sales maximization.
- Exceptional artistic ability and creative flair for merchandising presentations.
- Enthusiastic and passionate with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Capable of working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities and initiative-driven mindset.
