Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment lifecycle from resource planning to onboarding, Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation
- Administer employee’s records and ensure required personal documents are in place
- Coordinate with relevant business units on manpower movement, contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, re-employment, resignation, etc along with respective administration
- Handle Work Pass, Staff Pass, Access Card, and other required ID card processing
- Support day-to-day HR tasks and activities, including handle HR-related queries and reporting, and employee data management
- Participate in HR-related process improvement projects, events, functions and initiatives
- Review and enhance polices and processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Coordinate with cross-functional team to facilitate payroll processing
- Support any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as may be required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent
- Fresh grads are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, adaptable to changes and can multitask
- Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and resourceful
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Independent and confident in dealing with internal and external customers
