Job Description
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
· Plan, coordinate, and manage the work of construction crews.
· Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
· Resolve problems and issues arise during construction periods.
· Maintain safety standards on construction sites.
· Comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
Qualifications
· Min. Diploma or Bachelor Qualification Needed.
· At least 10 years in construction management or a related field.
· Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
· Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Preferably possess a valid Class 3 and above license.
