Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for users of the IT system.
- Provide assistance for User Account Management – guide users how to create / modify / delete user access
- Provide assistance for User Account Review (UAR)
- Support in other administrative duties which can include maintaining and updating of data.
Requirements
- Min Degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
