Position Title: Management Consultant
Location: Singapore (with potential travel to client sites in China, ASEAN, and other regions)
Reporting to: Senior Management - Director of Consulting Services at HQ

Job Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and strategic guidance to clients on international expansion strategies, market entry, and operational improvements.
Project Management: Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes that meet client objectives.
Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client businesses, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) to develop actionable recommendations.
Market Research: Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess market potential, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment in target markets.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, budgets, and financial forecasts to assess financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Risk Management: Identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies for clients operating in international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Strategic Planning: Assist clients in developing long-term strategic plans and business development strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals.
Change Management: Support clients in implementing organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, process improvements, and technology adoption.
Training and Development: Provide training and development programs to client teams on international business practices, market dynamics, and operational excellence.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver value-added consulting services.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
· Proven experience in management consulting, preferably in advisory services related to international expansion, market entry, or strategic planning.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all organizational levels.
· Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Knowledge of international business practices, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances in target markets.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
· Professional certifications such as SCMC, or similar is a plus.
· Salary: From $10,500 to $13,000 per month (based on your work experiences).
