Responsibilities :
• Responsible for regional SEA market distributor management for Pro-Audio products
• Establish sales strategies and developing distribution channels to ensure company’s objectives are met
• Implementing sales programs by developing sales action plans across the region
• Interfaces directly with key clients and handles inquiries from the field
• Quote, contract preparation, negotiation, customer relationship and project contractors management
• Coordinating all orders/shipments/deliveries and needs by clients
• Expand sales volume and product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• In-depth understanding and planning on monthly sales forecasts
• Any other ad-hoc duties assiegned
Requirements :
• Minimal 5-8 years of sales experience handling Pro-Audio products preferably a regional role
• Able to travel regionally 60%-70%
• Proven track record of positive sales performance
• Passion for audio
• Proficient PC skills
• Multi-year experiences with sales budgets, forecasts, strategic account management, marketing and promotions, channel management and sales team management
