Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage manufacturing projects from conception to completion
- Lead mechanical and electrical aspects of projects to ensure success
- Create layout drawings, bills of materials, and technical specifications
- Prepare and maintain project documents and records such as work orders, the Design and Development Discussion form, risk assessment, food safety risk assessment, and other related project documents.
- Drive quality yield product outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in AutoCAD, design, and drafting
- Strong project management skills with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
