Working Hours
- Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Saturdays: Once a month, 8.30am - 12.30pm
Job Scope
- Receptionist Duties such as answering and transferring of phone calls
- Administrative Duties including filing and data entry
- Assist with the arrangements of the Office Dispatch (i.e. drivers' schedules) and documentation
- Manpower arrangements for the company's new foreign workers including conducting interviews, preparation of contracts, medical examinations, and attendance of safety courses as required
- Liaise with clients for on-going projects etc
- Completing any other assigned ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Minimally Diploma certification
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to work within tight schedules
- Responsible and Independent
- Bilingual in English & Mandaring in order to handle and liaise with English & Mandarin speaking clients
