We are now looking for a Risk and Controls, Manager / Associate Director to join the GRC team in ensure business operates in an optimal risk environment.

Job Description

Reporting to the Risk Management Director you will be responsible for the internal controls and enterprise risk management function for the region. You are expected to be an effective business partner providing advisory services to the business and management on identifying and assessing key operational risks as well as developing risk strategies and policies to mitigate exposure to business. You will drive the Control Self-Assessment (CSA) exercise across the group to evaluate effectiveness on internal controls and work closely with risk owners for remediation of control gaps. You will be required to implement and apply data analytics as well as other IT tools to automate the risk monitoring process and prepare dashboards for risk reporting. You will be involved in adhoc projects and advice business on specific transactions/business activity. A key success factor of this role would be an individual that is able to partner effectively with stakeholders to achieve business needs while ensuring compliance.

The Successful Applicant

You possess a Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Engineering with more than 8 years of experience in Enterprise Risk and Controls management. For Manager role, Big 4 candidates within internal audit / risk consulting space will be considered. You are an effective business partner with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders of different background and culture. Experience with data analytics tools for risk identification and analytics will be great plus.
