Salary : $1,800 - $2,000
Working days/time: Monday - Friday (9am - 530pm), Alt Saturday (9am - 1pm)
Responsibilities:
- Issue, print, match, and detach daily customer invoices
- Issue Export Transfer slips
- Prepare weekly and monthly invoice summary reports
- Monitor customer special requests for FHD invoices
- Scan and email daily invoices to customers
- Issue credit notes
- Download and approve transfer slips
- Prepare weekly summary reports according to customer requirements
- Sort, arrange, and pack monthly invoices into carton boxes
- Mail, email, and courier daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly invoices to local and overseas customers
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level certification.
- Minimum 3 years in relevant field.
- Possess basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
- Have a good work attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Willing to work overtime when necessary.
