Responsibilities
- Implementation of a system consisting of hardware and software at the customer's site
- Setting up a test environment
- Train your customers on how to use it during implementation
- Post-installation maintenance
- Responding to equipment errors/failures that occur after installation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
[Must]
- Experience or knowledge of setting up and maintaining servers, network environments, security environments, etc. (Knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, or SQL Server is required)
- Willing to work on irregular working hours when needed
- Excellent communication skill to liaise with other group companies (Japan, Macau, Australia, Philippines, USA) and customers
- Willing to go overseas business trips
[Advantage]
- Experience in implementing hardware and software, such as installing and maintaining bank ATMs and POS
