Job Description
- Manage daily facilities services for our client, including outdoor adventure camps.
- Build and maintain partnerships with the client, main contractors, and vendors.
- Oversee all facilities services for the client.
- Recommend and implement improvements to meet service standards.
- Ensure contractors/vendors complete repairs and maintenance on time and to standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree qualified preferably in Building/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Possess Fire Safety Manager certification
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
