- Oversee and schedule maintenance teams, preventative upkeep, pest control, horticulture, and security to ensure facilities run smoothly.
- Investigate and analyze breakdowns and faults to identify causes and prevent future issues.
- Manage contractors to ensure maintenance work meets service standards and site upkeep.
- Plan and implement projects to enhance facility efficiency and functionality.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management.
- Possesses a valid Fire Safety Manager certification
