About the Role: As an Energy Efficiency Engineer, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing energy consumption in systems and buildings. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement strategies that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough energy performance analyses and modeling to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed energy reports, highlighting findings and recommending energy-saving measures.
- Assist in designing energy-efficient systems and solutions, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency and sustainability across projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team on energy-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all energy-related analyses, reports, and recommendations.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in energy efficiency and sustainability, integrating best practices into your work.
- Any other adhoc duties / tasks assigned by the department manager
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in energy analysis, sustainability, or a related role is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome.
- Strong analytical and mathematical abilities to conduct thorough energy analyses.
- Proficiency in energy modeling software and tools.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
