Job Description

As the Associate Director of Digital Media, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our digital media campaigns. You will lead a team of digital media specialists to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various digital platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to maximize their performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of digital media initiatives with overall marketing efforts.
  • Manage digital media budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimization of ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media, and recommend innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance capabilities and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital media processes, tools, and technologies to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and optimization, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • 3 years of experience in team leadership and management, with demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven, customer-centric digital media strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital media platforms and technologies, including but not limited to display advertising, paid search, social media advertising, programmatic buying, and mobile marketing.
