Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the infrastructure team, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure through effective monitoring, threat management, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
- Project Management: Plan and execute infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of infrastructure systems.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, providing expert support to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the best value and service quality for the organization.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of servers, networks, storage, cloud solutions, and related technologies is preferred
- Experience with infrastructure security practices and compliance standards.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
