- Open and maintain customer accounts
- Process customers’ orders and periodic follow up on orders with regular customers
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Collect customer information to identify and assess customers' needs in order to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Chemistry / Chemical Process Technology / Applied Chemistry or related courses or above
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales administration, customer service, logistic or shipping department
- Able to start immediate or within short notice
