Job Expectations
- Present the hotels’ products and services effectively.
- Generate new sales leads and maintain relationships with clients through sales calls and regular site inspections.
- Present Account Portfolio quarterly and analyse the performance of each account.
- Manage corporate meetings, banquet events, residential and non-residential meeting groups or travel trade accounts.
- Provide management with timely Sales and Marketing strategic information.
- Provide suggestions to re-secure loss of existing accounts.
- Any other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and organisational skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
