Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Sales: Promote and sell products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products in the store to provide accurate information to customers.
- Stock Management: Assist in receiving, restocking, and organizing inventory.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store’s appearance by arranging and displaying products attractively.
- Checkout Operations: Operate the cash register, process payments, handle returns, and manage cash.
- Customer Feedback: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
