ob Objective:
Generate new services sales (maintenance, manpower outsource, manage services) and ensure continued renewal of existing services contracts by establishing good working relationships with existing customer and providing assurance to customer on the company’s value and service quality
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly meetings with Services Sales Manager to highlight and resolve potential issues on sales
- Submit weekly Sales report to Services Sales Manager on the renewal listing
- Resolve existing maintenance contract customers’ issues when escalated from internal stakeholders to maintain trust between customer and the company
- Manage and maintain healthy client relationships with existing key accounts
Additional Responsibility for Sales Manager
- Prepare Sales pitch and present proposal customized to individual customer requirements for both renewal and new services business
Education Qualification:
- Diploma in any discipline
Experience:
- Must have minimum 1 year of sales experience in a B2B environment
- Must be able to work independently to achieve results; achievement-oriented
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Good written communication skills an advantage
- Strong business acumen would be a plus
Salary:
- Sales Executive: $3.5k - $4.5k (OTE:80k)
- Sales Manager: $4.5k - $6k (OTE: 100K)
