My client is MNC Marine Engineering company looking for Sales Coordinator.
Description:
- Organize and facilitate the sales team's activities, including the preparation of quotations, overseeing the order process until payment is received, and maintaining document filing systems.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to coordinate the deployment of engineer(s) on vessels, both locally and internationally.
- Monitor and follow up on inquiries, ensuring proper documentation is maintained throughout the process.
- Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Provide regular status updates to the Operation Department regarding ongoing and potential service jobs.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure their orderly arrangement.
- Generate quarterly sales reports for management review.
- Pursue the resolution of outstanding invoices.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Hold a diploma.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Possess an understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to work well within a team and exhibit self-motivation.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience, with a preference for backgrounds in marine, engineering, or logistics
