Responsibilities

§ Order Processing to respective factories based on Purchase Orders from received.

§ Prepare and handle commercial documentation like invoices/ delivery orders/shipping documents, etc.

§ Liaise with external vendors like freight forwarders, 3rd party logistics, delivery contractors, etc.

§ Liaise with respective factories to arrange shipments promptly

§ Negotiate rates with freight forwarders to optimize delivery load and cost

§ Monitor both inbound/outbound shipment/freights from overseas and local suppliers

§ Ensure and Update shipping cost of both inbound/outbound shipments as per quotations

§ Act upon receiving shipping instructions

§ Update Sales Record after each shipment

§ Any other duties that are assigned within the course of work

Knowledge and Experience Required

§ Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management related field

§ Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications

§ At least 2-3 years working experience in logistic operation

Bilingual in English and Mandarin
