- Assist and support Sales Team with customer queries related to order fulfilment documentation.
- Collecting, organizing, and filing sales orders using knowledge of paper and electronic filing systems.
- Provide support the team with various projects and tasks as needed, track orders, maintain the customer database.
- Updating sales records and documents accurately.
- Attending meetings to observe and learn.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the department manager.
