ADMIN ASSISTANT

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handling of day-to-day accounts related administrative work
  • Performing Accounts duties
  • Maintain proper filling records
  • Assist in month-end closing
  • Any ad-hoc assignment when required

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Certificate at least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Positive working attitude, independent, initiative, meticulous, flexible and a good team player.
  • Able to multi-task and perform duties under pressure.
  • Able to relate well with staff of all levels.
