Responsibilities
• System Management: Oversee and maintain installed systems (MSAN, ONU MD, IPMD, IAD)
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with multiple teams to test and implement solutions, ensuring optimal performance , Copper recovery & ONU MD migration. Coordinate with building management for site access.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Work with operation, product manager and system vendor to provide support to resolve system issues promptly.
• Technical Guidance: Evaluate current systems and provide technical advice and support to users.
• System Automation: Plan and execute system automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Process Optimization: Apply optimization methodologies and risk management tools to ensure project completion aligns with stakeholder needs.
• Record Keeping: Equipment asset sighting including commissioning and decommissioning. Update on routing and network elements
• Supporting Product: ALLC, Del, BizVoice, ISDN
• Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
• Diploma in Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, access network, or in related field.
• Proactive, open-mined, take initiative to learn and innovate.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
