Job Description
- Monitor staff and workers attendance and leave applications
- Monitor and control staff and workers overtime requests
- Prepare and monitor staff duty roster
- Prepare and update Department Organisation Chart
- Update and upkeep of worker and staff movement board and notice boards
- Disseminate official memos and reminders
- Request for pantry and stationery items for central store staff
- Dispatch of documents for main office
- Prepare and issue back charge letters to contractors
- Update the PPE issuance and records
- Prepare and submit PPE inventory report
- Monitor, prepare and submit weekly electrode report and print electrode report using the IMS system for the back charges to subcontractors
- Monitor supply of industrial gases and update and monitor gas issuance and return record
- Issue and accept returned industrial gases
- Prepare and submit report on weekly usage and balance gas to Production
- Issue reminder of unreturned/overdue gases
- Prepare minutes of meeting for Internal Department meetings when necessary
Ideal Candidate
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Skilled in minute-taking and proficient at capturing accurate and concise meeting records
- Capable of multitasking with independence, strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative team player, and adept at resourcefulness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- 5.5 days work week
