Job Purpose:
To provide general support to the HR Manager in various aspects of HR (including but not limited to recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll and staff wellness).
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies requires for opening and is in accordance to manpower plans and hiring SOP.
- Timely renewal and application of work pass for foreign employees.
- Provide a pleasant onboarding and offboarding experience to employees
- Assist with payroll processing for retail business, include but not limited to the computation of overtime, non-business claims verification and data entry.
- Administer the HRIS system and e-PFile to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee's record and employment data is properly maintained.
- Handles employment related inquiries; Point of contact for all claims, reimbursements and other HR services
- Provide support to HR Manager on all other HR initiatives, projects and activities.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.
- Undertake any HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time by reporting officer and/or Vice-President, HR.
General Requirements:
Core Competencies:
- ** Prior knowledge in payroll is a MUST. **
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Words, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with statutory requirements relating to CPF, Income Tax and Employment Law
- Experience in using e-HR Frontier a plus.

Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
Others
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in Human Resource generialist role would be preferred.
- Junior/Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
