We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our CRM solutions for clients. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, proposing effective solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that the CRM system meets business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand customer requirements, and propose optimal solutions.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs with all relevant stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive requirement documents, process maps, use case diagrams, and workflow diagrams.
- Demonstrate expertise in CRM Business Processes, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Service modules within CRM Online/Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analyses to align client business requirements with functional solutions.
- Perform functional analysis and gap-fit assessments, while also reviewing gap fits conducted by other functional experts.
- Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product, including entities, workflows, and configuration.
- Develop and maintain Functional Requirements and Functional Design documents.
- Provide guidance and support to the development team regarding requirements and functional aspects.
- Conduct functional testing of implemented CRM systems.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction from both requirements and CRM functional perspectives.
- Display strong client-facing skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication abilities.
- Possess knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate.
