Our clients is in the Financial Services Industry and they are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to sit in their team.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
  • Utilize MS Office, with a focus on intermediate Excel skills, to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team on special projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a proactive and results-oriented work approach, taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Adapt to fluctuating workloads based on the season, demonstrating flexibility in your tasks.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Graduated from a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
  • 0 - 1 year of experience (Human Resource Internship is considered)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a preference for intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong soft skills are essential, including effective time management, proactiveness, and a willingness to learn.
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude to accommodate shifting workloads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
