Job Description
Job duties:
- To develop & win New Customers as per KPI set
- To make sure the FA submission is passed before hand over to Program
- To work with Program for new customer development as well as both ways of customers visit
- To submit RFQ quotation on time and follow-up closely & win customer order
- To develop marketing campaigns to support Sales strategy. (Tradeshows, marketing collaterals etc.) and participate & assist on tradeshow events
- Periodic update of Company Presentation & website maintenance.
- Manages and maintains BD's documents with customers NDA and related Questionnaire etc.
- Manages and centralize filing for all customers RFQ
- Project updates & monitoring of Sales Revenue
- Assist to Retrieve, Breakdown of customer documentations for RFQ.
- Manages all RFQs dateline for all BD's with internal department
- Summarize all RFQ BOM related issues for all BD's follow-up
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Min Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Quality Engineering, or equivalent
- Some experience in OEM/EMS electronics manufacturing environments will be added advantage.
- Some knowledge of PCBA, High-Level/Product Assemblies and/or Wire-harness Assembly
- Good knowledge in excel and communication skills.
- Experience in Business Development roles in EMS environment will be an added advantage.
- Excellent writing, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated strong ability to coordinate and manage relationships with customers, internal groups and vendors.
