- Facilitate the e-commerce process flow from start to end
- Liaising with the delivery drivers, planning and assigning routes
- Liaise with the warehouse team on stock inventory
- Assisting with paperwork and filing
- Handling all of the Company’s e-commerce platforms
- Engaging customers via respective chats as well as telecommunication when required
- Keying out of inventory for e-commerce sales
- Checking and weekly reporting all refund return cases to superiors
- Ensuring accuracy in deliveries performed and return stocks by drivers
- Liaising with e-commerce platform managers
- Assist with coordination work as and when required by superiors
- Any other responsibilities that may be delegated by your superior or the management when required
- Assist colleagues where necessary, with other general administrative duties/tasks
- Listing upgrading, Canva knowledge.
- Handling business phones for taking orders and liaising with existing/new customers.
- Assist with answering phone calls, attending to walk-in customers, and handling queries with professionalism.
