About the Team
The e-commerce recommendation team supports TikTok e-commerce business growth by improving consumer/seller/creator experience via recommendation products. We are looking for experienced PMs to identify business problems/opportunities and build innovative recommendation products to achieve high business goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for driving long-term e-commerce business development on TikTok by leveraging the power of recommendation and personalization.
2. Set clear product roadmap by analyzing and identifying business problems/opportunities. Define product key milestones and manage product development cycles.
3. Collaborate with other xFN teams to build and iterate our strategies and products.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. BA/BS degree or above in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 3+ years of experience in recommendation/ad delivery/search products.
3. Strong cross-team/culture collaboration ability and excellent communication skills.
4. Fast learning and self driving.
Preferred Qualifications
1. experience in e-commerce platform would be a plus.
2. Experience with machine learning/ recommendation systems is a plus.
