1. Role Description:
This position reports to the Managing Director who is also the Training Director. ELITE ENRICHMENT CENTRE is commited to staff development, and has a culture that emphasises empowerment, and continuous improvement in the training processes of our staff.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
The Individual is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre. Some specific responsibilities may include: a)Managing schedules: Coordinating timetables for teachers, students, and staff.
b) Student management: Handling student enrollment, attendance, and progress tracking.
c) Supervising staff: Overseeing teachers, administrators, and support staff.
d) Marketing and promotion: Coordinating marketing efforts to attract new students.
e) Resource allocation: Ensuring adequate materials, equipment, and supplies.
f) Communication: Liaising with parents, students, and staff to ensure everyone is informed.
g) Quality control: Monitoring teaching quality and implementing improvements.
3. Competencies:
The individual will be able to perform and process the technical skills and competencies as below:
a) Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
b) Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) c) Student information systems (SIS) and learning management systems
d) Time management and scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, ScheduleOnce)
e) Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools
f) Data privacy and security knowledge
g) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
h) Strong customer service skills
