RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering matters.
- Key contact to customer on engineering matters.
- Lead in DFM/FMEA for NIP projects
- Responsible to generate ECN and BOM.
- Responsible to provide Value Engineering services to Customer
- Responsible to source for special equipment/instrument to support NPI projects
- Responsible for product Transfer to factory (Batam) that include product training
- Work closely with factory on productivity, evaluate cause of problem and cost improvement.
- Candidates with more experience will be considering for senior role.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering with min 3 years of relevant engineering working experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Experience in PCBA process
- Knowledge or experience in In-Circuit Test and Functional Test
- Experience in liaising with customer
- Experience in leading NPI projects preferred.
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal relation skill.
