Roles and Responsibilities
- Process staff payroll
- Monitor staff leave and update staff particulars
- Staff In and Out process
- Liaise with relevant government authorities
- Adminstrative works
- Process workers payroll
- Apply/Renew workers' work permit
- Monitor and update workers' particulars and course expiry
- Liaise with insurance company on workers' matters
- Liaise with hostel for checking in and out of workers
- Monitoring hostel occupancy rate
-Knowledge in Info-Tech HR software an advantage.
