Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process staff payroll
  • Monitor staff leave and update staff particulars
  • Staff In and Out process
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities
  • Adminstrative works


  • Process workers payroll
  • Apply/Renew workers' work permit
  • Monitor and update workers' particulars and course expiry
  • Liaise with insurance company on workers' matters
  • Liaise with hostel for checking in and out of workers
  • Monitoring hostel occupancy rate

-Knowledge in Info-Tech HR software an advantage.
