Job Responsibilities
- Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project.
- Workout and maintain VO schedule and to final account with client / consultant.
- Raise RFI for any discrepancies.
- Attend all site, Architects & Consultants meeting.
- Responsible for site supervision and implementations.
- Monitor project costing, budget and schedule.
- Manage and planning manpower allocation.
- Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress accordingly to project schedule.
- To interpret shop drawings and communicate with all site personnel.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim.
- Prepare sub-contractor payment response.
- To solve all technical issue.
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years experience in Electrical system.
- Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad, BIM.
