Job Descriptions:
- Develop and execute suitable marketing strategy tailored to the Chinese market by investigating market demand.
- Evaluate and refine marketing strategy time by time.
- Coordinate, oversee, and align marketing initiatives.
- Identify market trends, growth opportunities and potential customers.
- Cultivate brand recognition and brand presence in China.
- Craft and implement various channels, including digital marketing, exhibitions and marketing campaigns to promote our products.

- Proven leadership and expertise with efficient team building skills and fostering working culture of innovation, cooperative and results-driven execution
- Proficiency in ROI analysis, financial planning and budgeting.

Qualifications:
- Degree holder in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing leadership role with a strong focus on the Chinese market, including leading and managing marketing teams.
- Strong ability to work independently and multitask.
- Team leader and player with high integrity and high work performance standard.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
